All merchandise is custom produced and fulfilled through a pre-order process. Due to the made-to-order nature of these items, all sales are final.  We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. 


Final Sale

All purchases are considered final sale. Please ensure that sizing, styles, and personalization (if applicable) are correct at the time of purchase, as we are unable to make changes after the order is placed.


Order Issues or Concerns

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing info@theretailmethod.com

Description of the issue

Clear photo(s) of the damaged or defective item

While we are unable to guarantee replacements, we will do our best to address any concerns on a case-by-case-basis.
