Pre-Order Terms

All items in the Saint Mark’s Spirit Store powered by The Retail Method are available through a pre-order process. Products are custom made to order and are not held in inventory. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Production begins only after the order is placed.

Standard production time is 7-10 business days, but may vary during peak seasons or school-wide sales.  

Shipping

All orders ship directly to the address entered at checkout. 

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and size.  

Final Sale Policy

Due to the custom nature of all products, all sales are final. We are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds for issues related to sizing, style preferences, or ordering errors.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@theretailmethod.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. While replacements are not guaranteed, we will do our best to address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before submitting. The Saint Mark’s Spirit Store powered by The Retail Method is not responsible for errors in sizing, product selection, or contact information provided by the customer.

Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Saint Mark’s Spirit Store powered by The Retail Method is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this website, including but not limited to delays in production, distribution, or product availability.
